This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds for services provided by Grofeed. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription or services at any time through their account dashboard or by reaching out to our support team.
3. Cancellation Process
To initiate a cancellation, log into your account and follow the cancellation process outlined in the platform. Alternatively, users can send an email to hello@grofeed.com for assistance.
4. Subscription Cancellation
- Users can cancel their subscription before the start of the next billing cycle to prevent any further charges.
- Refunds for subscription cancellations will not be provided for partial months.
- Cancellations are effective immediately for monthly subscriptions, but users may still have access to services until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. One-Time Purchase Cancellations
One-time purchases are non-refundable, except in cases where explicitly stated otherwise in the product or service terms.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
- Technical issues with the platform
- Billing errors or incorrect charges
- Dissatisfaction covered under our satisfaction guarantee
7. Refund Processing Time
If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
8. Refund Request Process

- Transaction ID or order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
9. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Promotional offers
- Discounted plans
- Customized solutions and integrations
- Setup or implementation fees
- Services covered under annual plans (unless explicitly stated in the agreement)
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of the approved refund date, first check with your bank or payment provider. If no refund is received, contact hello@grofeed.com for further assistance.
11. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect or unauthorized, email hello@grofeed.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
12. Account Suspension & Refunds
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or other policies are not eligible for any refunds.
13. Subscription Renewal & Refunds
- Auto-renewal for subscriptions occurs unless the user cancels before the renewal date.
- Refunds for auto-renewed subscriptions are not available under this policy.
- Users are responsible for managing renewal settings in their account.
14. Service Downtime Compensation
In the event of extended service downtime (defined as more than 24 hours of consecutive downtime), eligible users may receive a prorated refund or service credit. Users will be notified of such downtime via email.
15. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or issues arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city where Instarisk Transfer India Pvt. Ltd. is registered.
16. Changes to this Policy
Grofeed reserves the right to modify, update, or change this policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the services after changes to the policy implies acceptance of those changes.
